- Our services
Skytrip provides travel-related information, customer support, communication services, booking assistance and related digital services. We may also provide communication functionality through WhatsApp Business and integrations with Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp Business tools.
Some services may be provided directly by Skytrip, while others may involve third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, travel platforms, payment providers, communication providers or technology partners.
- Use of the website and services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- provide false, misleading or incomplete information;
- use our services for fraud, spam, abuse, harassment, unlawful content or unauthorized commercial messaging;
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of our website or systems;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, integration, API or data;
- misuse WhatsApp, Meta, Facebook or other third-party platform integrations;
- violate applicable laws, third-party rights or platform terms.
- Travel services and third-party suppliers
Where Skytrip helps arrange, manage or support travel-related services, certain parts of the service may be provided by third-party suppliers. These may include airlines, accommodation providers, travel technology providers, payment processors or other travel partners.
Third-party suppliers may apply their own terms, conditions, cancellation rules, refund policies, baggage rules, passenger requirements, fees, schedules and restrictions.
Skytrip is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, operational decisions, availability, pricing changes or service conditions imposed by third-party suppliers, except where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for checking all booking details, travel documents, passport and visa requirements, passenger information, dates, times and supplier conditions before confirming a booking or travel request.
- Prices, payments, cancellations and refunds
Prices, availability, taxes, fees and supplier charges may change until a booking or service is confirmed.
Payment terms, cancellation rights, refund rules and modification fees depend on the specific service, fare type, supplier conditions and applicable law.
Where a refund is available from a third-party supplier, processing times may depend on that supplier. Skytrip may deduct applicable service fees where permitted and clearly communicated.
- WhatsApp communication
Skytrip may communicate with customers, users and business contacts through WhatsApp Business. By contacting us through WhatsApp or agreeing to receive WhatsApp messages from us, you understand that we may use WhatsApp to respond to your request, provide support, send service-related updates or manage communication related to our services.
You may stop WhatsApp communication by telling us that you no longer wish to be contacted through WhatsApp, or by using the relevant controls available in WhatsApp.
Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices.
- Meta, Facebook and WhatsApp Business integrations
Skytrip may use Meta, Facebook and WhatsApp Business tools, including business messaging, Embedded Signup, Facebook Login for Business, WhatsApp Business Platform or related developer services.
If you connect or authorize a Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp Business account through our services, you confirm that:
- you are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant business;

- you will not use the integration to send unlawful, misleading, unsolicited or abusive messages;
- you are responsible for the content, recipients, permissions and lawful basis of any business messaging activity under your account.
Skytrip may suspend or disconnect an integration if we believe it is being misused, violates platform rules, creates security risk or may expose Skytrip, users, Meta, WhatsApp or third parties to legal or operational harm.
