This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data associated with Skytrip services, including data related to our website, customer support, WhatsApp communication services and Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp Business integrations.
- How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Data Deletion Request
In your message, please include the information needed to identify your record, such as:
- your full name;
- your email address;
- your phone number or WhatsApp number;
- your company name, if applicable;
- your Meta Business, Facebook Page or WhatsApp Business Account details, if the request relates to a Meta or WhatsApp integration;
- a short description of the data you want deleted.
Please do not send sensitive documents unless we specifically ask for them.
- Deletion requests related to Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp Business integrations
If you connected a Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp Business account to Skytrip services, you may request deletion of data related to that connection.
This may include, where applicable:
- Meta Business identifiers;
- Facebook Page identifiers;
- WhatsApp Business Account identifiers;
- WhatsApp phone number identifiers;
- authorization status and permissions;
- access tokens or integration credentials held by us;
- webhook logs and technical integration records;
- support messages related to the integration.
You may also remove or disconnect Skytrip from your Meta or Facebook business settings where available. If you remove access through Meta, you may still contact us directly to request deletion of related records held by Skytrip.
- What happens after we receive your request
After receiving your request, we will:
- confirm receipt of your request;
- verify your identity or authority where necessary;
- identify personal data associated with your request;
- delete, anonymise or disconnect the relevant data where required and legally possible;
- confirm completion or explain if certain data must be retained.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days after receiving sufficient information to verify and process the request. If a request is complex or we need more information, we may contact you.
- What data may be deleted
Depending on your relationship with Skytrip and the services you used, deletion may include:
- contact details;
- customer support messages;
- WhatsApp communication history held by Skytrip;
- website or account records;
- Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp Business integration records;
- authorization tokens or connected account references;
- technical logs where deletion is technically and legally possible.
- Data we may need to retain
In some cases, we may not be able to delete all data immediately. We may retain certain information where necessary for:
- legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations;
- fraud prevention or security investigations;
- dispute resolution;
- enforcement of our Terms of Service;
- compliance with requests from competent authorities;
- records that have been anonymised and can no longer identify you.
Where we must retain certain data, we will limit its use to the required purpose and retain it only for as long as necessary.
- Deleting WhatsApp conversations from your own device
Skytrip can delete or anonymise records held in our own systems where legally required and technically possible. This does not automatically delete messages stored on your own device, in your WhatsApp account or in systems controlled by WhatsApp, Meta or other third parties.
You can manage or delete your own WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp application.
